Refund policy
Purposeful Gourmet Foods is committed to delivering quality goods and services.
We take great care in making sure your items get to you in the same condition as they left us. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, or you have purchased or noticed an expired item(s), please contact us at purposeful@mowatl.org within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will dispose of all the expired item(s) from the shelves, immediately.
If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping, you will have the option to receive a replacement or a refund of the purchase price.
Item(s) can only be returned/exchanged with the original purchase receipt and the method of payment used at the time. There will be no refund of shipping charges except in cases in which Purposeful Gourmet Foods has made an error or incorrect items were sent.
Non-Perishable Items
Returns are allowed within 30 days on non-edible/perishable items that are damaged. Items should be returned unworn and with tags attached.
