8 slices Smoked Prosciutto
2 ounces Fresh Goat Cheese
1/2 cup Arugula
3 tablespoons Purposeful Pecans, cinnamon star anise
Pecan oil
2 slices fresh Artisan Bread
Procedures:
Toast the bread,
Spread on the cheese
Top with Prosciutto, arugula, and pecans.
Drizzle with pecan oil.
